to my sunrise

The sun wavers to disappear so long.
Engulfed by the night that seeps in to kill.
Oh my light don't leave me to sing my song:
One that unveils secret burdens felt still.
Am I heard before thy shadows fly low
covering in fog, blinding my vision?
Oh my hope don't flee to escape my woe.
Lonely I am to face death's decision.
Silently hope did go on with the wind,
searching thru these broken lands 4 my cure
The stars did sing of this treacher within,
sun turned, easing dreaded pain I endure.
Light shines in my life to replace the night,
my sunrise has come to bring heaven's sight.
